Tenant review

The tenant can open the full inventory report, review each room and confirm the recorded condition without signing in. The seven-day deadline is shown clearly at the top of the page.

Room-by-room response

Each room can be accepted or expanded for a correction. The tenant can add written comments and upload one or more supporting photographs against the relevant room.

Kitchen comment

Tenant comment: One small mark noted to the wall behind the door. Tenant photograph uploaded. Agency review required before any action is agreed.

Bedroom 1

Tenant response: Condition accepted as recorded. No additional comment provided.

Tenant details

Tenant name, email address and typed signature are captured at submission. The tenant is asked to confirm receipt of the inventory and schedule of condition.

Evidence

Tenant photographs are stored in a separate tenant evidence gallery linked from the response record. The original inventory evidence remains unchanged.

Acknowledgement

Tenant comments and photographs are saved as a separate check-in addendum and do not alter the original inventory. The response can be exported for agency records.
